Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Contracts Specialist job in Irvine, CA.

This is a long term temporary opportunity.

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Contracts Department with administrative duties and various time sensitive projects.

Responsibilities for this Contracts Specialist job include:  

Analyze date 

Enter data

Put data into excel spreadsheet

Make graphs and charts in Excel and export into PowerPoint

Put proposals into a shared drive and organize them

Keep project log up to date and other various duties

Qualifications:

MUST have strong Excel skills,

Word and data entry

PowerPoint is a plus

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have strong analytical skills including basic math

Bachelor Degree preferred; must be able to work independently with little supervision

Pay rate is $20-$25/HR.

Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM
