NOTE: this position will be for 3 days a week/8 hours a day for about 6 months

 

Adecco is looking for a part-time Admin (24hrs/wk) supporting Oncology Medical Affairs with administrative duties, internal, external meetings in Whippany, NJ. If you meet the qualifications below please APPLY NOW!

 

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Administrative Support – expenses, travel, back-up support, calendar invites, organizing meeting for team, etc.

 

2. Logistics Support – Meetings and HCP (transportation, accommodation, meals, registration events and etc…)

 

3. Meetings Support – Cvent Meeting Approval Process, HCP invitation emails, Follow-up invites, Compliance Approval for HCP FMV, etc.

 

4. Contract Support – input contract request into contract management system (CLMS)

 

5. Payment and Expenses (Vendors, HCP’s, etc) – processing invoices received through YourDocs; setting up vendors for payment in SAP as needed

 

6. Material Distribution, Slides, Agenda’s and Follow- up Status – proofreading of materials before distribution

 

 

REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES

 

Education Requirement(s):

• High School Diploma

 

Skill & Competency Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a support role within the Pharma Industry

• Communication Skills

• Organizational Skills

• Time Management

 

Preferences:

• SAP

• Proficiency Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Sharepoint

• Familiar with Contract process preferred

• Experience in Meeting Planning preferred

• Spanish preferred
