Contract Product Administrator

A local leading organization is currently seeking a Contract Product Administrator in the Tulsa area. This is a temp to hire position. The Contract Product Administrator will be responsible for assisting with Contract Wall covering Customs department.

Responsibilities for Contract Product Administrator include but are not limited to the following:

  • Forward wall covering lead information to Contract Sales Force; ensuring memos are ordered, pricing is quoted, and customer contact information is sent to sales rep
  • Assists with Contract Wall covering Customs, working with stylist to determine how custom project will be handled, organizes correspondence with mills-initial request, follow up, and prepares samples to be sent to contract department contact, sales rep or customer
  • Helps process orders
  • Assists in handling quality issues with mills
  • Assists in evaluating mill discrepancies
  • Routes incoming mail
  • Prepares routine correspondence
  • Files correspondence and other records
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
  • Special projects either assigned or approved by the Vice President of Design
  • Provide other departments assistance as required
  • Must be able to walk between¬†buildings
  • Works with mills and the purchasing dept
  • Requests sales printouts does preliminary analysis and organizes for stylist
  • Works with customers and vendors in an administrative capacity
  • Send labeled, identified samples to mills and customers
  • Make standard files for all new wall covering
  • Name, number and label wall covering in book rotations
  • Hangs sales analysis on wall
