Adecco is currently looking to fill a Contract Sourcer position in the NH Seacoast Area!


We are searching for an experienced Contract Sourcer capable of working onsite and remote. You must be capable of working both independently and in a team situation; attending corporate meetings and trainings in the NH Seacoast Area as needed.

Your primary responsibility would be to develop and implement aggressive and innovative sourcing strategies for manufacturing positions starting at the Machine Operator Level and working up to management roles.

This is expected to be a 3- 6 month engagement which could convert down the road for the right individual.

Typical duties include:

Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for advanced practice positions. Conducts behavioral assessment interviews, monitors search progress and ensures all reference checks, on-boarding, and credentialing

Complying with all Federal, State and EEO regulations and the company's Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.

¿              Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, required. Master's Degree, preferred.

¿              Minimum of two (2) years recruiting experience

¿              Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

¿              Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, utilization of applicant tracking systems and ADP experience, preferred.

¿              Solid communication and management skills, required

¿              Must be a quick learner and work well under pressure
