Contracts Administrator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find a Contracts Administrator. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months.

 

Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: SFO/Mountain View, CA

Estimated Length: 12 months

 

Position Description:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be part of the cross-functional team that evangelizes our services to these property owners.

 

With a company growing at such fast speeds, every day another agreement is made to us running. As a member of the Legal Contracts team, you manage the deal pipeline, review and revise contracts -- often juggling several at a time; and provide contract administration, lifecycle, and report and tracking support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support a variety of business partners with contract negotiations and assist internal clients in articulating and obtaining approvals for contract changes.
  • Assist sales reps with preparation of legal documents, redlining agreements, and contract processing and execution.
  • Track all contract requirements in Salesforce and contract management system(s) through data input and auditing and framework development assistance.
  • Manage deal pipeline by triaging incoming deals and tracking status of in-flight matters.
  • Meet with business and legal teams on a weekly basis to discuss, review escalations, and prioritize escalations with attorneys on the Legal team.
  • Update contract documentation as needed.
  • Ensure that sales rep/managers follow compliance requirements and conduct internal audits.
  • Requirement:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent substantive knowledge and relevant work experience.
  • Paralegal qualification.
  • Knowledge of contract development, contract standards and language, and contract administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extremely organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, and prioritize tasks.
  • Desired:

  • Experience with contract management systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills along with excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters, with excellent time management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
