Contracts Administrator

Adecco is assisting a local client in the fashion retail industry with their need to hire a temporary Contracts Administrator. Our client is looking for someone with a Paralegal, Procurement or someone who has experience as an Attorney to assist them with drafting, reviewing complex agreements.


Job description:

  • Review and provide initial comments on agreements for business terms.
  • Work with counsel on legal review, coordinate feedback.
  • Coordinate with business teams on additional information needed and provide feedback.
  • Act as liaison between teams.
  • Drive the completion process.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communications.


  • Ideally candidate has worked in a role managing large volumes of complex agreements and can work under attorneys to drive contract completion.
  • Must have at least a BA or higher.
  • Must be comfortable and competent to work with attorneys.
  • Law firm or in house experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read, understand, negotiate and work with business and in house and external attorneys to complete contracts.
  • Need excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must be able to collaborate with others.
  • Be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be self-starter and capable of driving completion of projects.
