Contracts & Customer Service Manager

Our client, a leading Aerospace Manufacturer is seeking a Contracts & Customer Service Manager for their 500 EE site near Burbank. In this role you will coordinate and supervise all Contract Administration and Customer Service activities of the Company.

Some of your additional responsibilities will be to-

· Review, negotiate and execute Basic Ordering Agreements with the U.S. Government and all master agreement type of arrangements with other customers.

· Analyze costs estimates, sales prices, sales orders, and design changes for effect on sales. Commit Company to specified amounts limited by policy and officer approval. Negotiate assigned contracts and purchase orders as required by Company and customer.

· Direct the daily operations of the customer service team and handle complex and escalated customer service issues

· Reviews and analyzes new contracts for agreement and consistency with proposals.

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Business administration, Accounting, Economics, or Systems Engineering
7-10 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing operations environment.
3-5 years of experience supervising customer service representatives with daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
Demonstrated expertise in implementation of lean principles and improvements.
Experience in commercial or military contract administration and negotiations.
