Contracts Manager II

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Contracts Manager II role in Cupertino, CA, 95014!

Pay Rate: Up to $55.00 per hour / Adecco W2


Duties: Provide oversight, plan, direct, control and manage the activities involved with the negotiation, preparation, monitoring and termination of contracts between the company and customers to ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations. Responsible for the conduct of all communications before, during, and after contract duration. Develop and administer contract administration policies, systems, procedures and methods. Manage and coordinate contract administration activities to ensure that contractual obligations are maintained in a manner which ensures good customer relations while representing the interest of the company. Advise management of contract obligations, deficiencies, commitments, and performance. Provide interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations. Coordinate pre-award negotiations between company and customer/vendors. Analyze impact of modifications and revisions and prepares company recommendations.

Skills: 2 - 5 years of experience.

Purchase Requisitions: Price negotiation, benchmarking, adherance to contractual pricing validation or historical price validation
Special Projects: Categorization of commodities. Obtaining equipment lists for upcoming lab builds. Working on pricing database to obtain pricing from all relevant suppliers.
Reporting: Spend reporting and other trend reporting
Contracts: Maintaining contracts for all relevant suppliers and reviewing which contracts should be renegotiated


Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
