The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing or distribution based setting. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:



The Divisional Controller will be responsible for a variety of financial duties surrounding the planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This includes periodic reporting of financial results, including forecasts, the annual budget process, variance analysis, data consolidation, and special projects.
Partner with Group CFO and the Executive Management Team to provide financial guidance and analytics to support key decision making to help objectives are achieved.
Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts
Perform analyzes of costing activities
Perform customer and project profitability analyzes
Responsible for Cost Center management
Execute monthly variance analysis comparing actuals vs. budget, forecasts, and prior year
Analyze and present financial statements by Business Unit/ Division and Region
Prepare, analyze and communicate KPIs for the Divisions
Prepare annual budget for the Divisions
Prepare relevant financial analysis by using our ERP system (EII) and MS Excel
Engage in on-going cost reduction analyzes in all areas of the Divisions
Will be expected to travel as needed
Other duties and projects as assigned by President

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 5-year experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment
Advanced Experience with ERP systems
Advanced knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
Strong problem solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly when presenting the results of analyzes to the Executive Management Team
Ability to function well in a multi-cultural team-oriented environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Chinese or Spanish is not required but will be considered a plus
