The Valuation Services Coordinator provides coordination of the appraisal order management process to satisfy both administrative and customer service support roles defined by Appraisal Management Company (AMC) operations in the delivery of conventional appraisal assignments.

  • Successfully manage a segment of appraisal business throughout the Order Management process established for the facilitation of conventional appraisal assignments.
  • Coordinate appraisal activity provide customer assistance, and act as a liaison between the lender and network appraiser.
  • Provide responsive and proactive communication directed at the numerous touch points associated with the appraisal process.
  • Provide exemplary customer service in fulfilling customer inquiries as to servicing points, complexities of the market, and delay issues affecting overall delivery of the appraisal report.

 

  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Must have knowledge of general office equipment, such as printer, fax, copier, and scanner
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, accurate environment
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to deliver a clear and understandable message to a variety of audiences including appraisers, and operational staff
  • Must have the ability to associate and work well with others including co-workers, vendors, suppliers and customers
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize and follow up
  • Good data entry and attention to detail skills
  • Typically requires 0-1 years of related experience with a RE company, mortgage brokerage, lender, and/or appraisal company
