Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Coordinator Assistant role in Irvine, CA! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Help greet visitors and provide support to the Customer Experience Center Manager.

Specific Duties:

Act as the front receptionist, answering phones and greeting visitors to the show room
Work with the caterers to ensure orders are complete, lunch set up is correct and place future catering orders
Assist in moving items and large medical equipment throughout the showroom to prepare for each visit
Take inventory and place orders for office supplies, catering supplies and any other items for the facility
Manage the customer visit and prepare guest welcome items: name badges, agendas, catering orders
Greet vendors and accept deliveries
Set up computer equipment, iPads, monitors and instructions for using room
Maintains records, documentation and receipts for reporting purposes


Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of experience in a support role coordinating events, planning travel and catering
Good computer skills and know how to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Corporate, conservative and professional appearance is required
Must be well-groomed and able to dress in business attire
Professional and courteous verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Team player who will work with internal and external customers with a positive attitude
Resourceful to find ways to solve problems and remove obstacles
Curious to learn and try new things
Previous customer service or sales experience
Takes direction well
Healthcare experience is a plus
Must live within 20miles of zip code 92618


Shift Start/End Time: 8am-5pm Monday – Friday
