Coordinator I


Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find a Coordinator I. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Mountain View, CA.

**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Project Description:

Supporting the Talent Programs & Events team which creates events and programs to support the hiring needs and employment brand. The team produces events from intimate 10 person dinners, to managing presence at conferences with thousands of attendees.


  • General administrative tasks (keeping team's data updated, taking notes, updating documents).
  • All aspects of event logistics and planning.
  • Helping communicate with vendors, partners and attendees.


  • BA/BS required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting that demonstrates the candidate’s ability to help their team succeed.
  • General proficiency with MS Office and/or GSuite Docs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully work on several projects at once.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to embrace change.



  • Desire to gain experience in corporate events
