Coordinator II (Product Community)

Adecco is currently assisting one of its largest clients, The Worlds Largest Search Engine. in finding a Coordinator to support consumers across the globe through their online resources, communities and social outreach.

This is a 6-month assignment located in Boulder, CO.

Top 3 daily responsibilities:
-Forum and Product Expert Management
-Social Escalation Management
-Launch Management & Reporting

Overall responsibilities:
-Grow and manage the their product community, build healthy relationships with users to resolve issues, educate and advocate for our products.
-Drive community strategies to ensure forum health and users’ questions/feedback receive quality, timely answers.
-Manage, understand and report on community health and success; analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights into user needs.

Requirements:
-BA/BS degree 
-Minimum 1 year of related experience
-Familiarity with processes for collecting user feedback and translating into actionable insights.
-Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
-Excellent project management skills. 
-Excellent problem-solving skills, business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities.

Desired:
-Knowledge of Google technologies, the internet and social media
-Ability to work independently across multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities.
