Business Affairs and Operations Coordinator for Retail Marketing Project Overview: The Global Hardware Retail Marketing (RM) team's goal is to bring the best of our products to innovation - from products and services to partnerships and brand experiences - to even more people around the world. As the Business Affairs and Operations Coordinator on the Global Hardware Retail Marketing team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help drive business operations including SOW/PO (Statement of Work /Purchase Order) planning, financial process, team trainings, and own end to end operational execution. You will directly work with the Strategy and Operations Team, Global Hardware Retail Marketing functional team leads, Legal, Compliance and Finance departments to enable work efficiencies and effectiveness and timely execution of Retail Marketing projects. Sample Projects include supporting teams through the SOW/POs approval process and routing them through to Legal, Finance and Compliance teams as well as manage day to day operational execution tasks such as managing and coordinating our training program and serving as a point of contact for other internal partners.

Top 3 Responsibilities: 1.) Operations: Own and drive SOW contracting and PO process for the Global Hardware Retail Marketing team. You will work with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to build and drive this process and ensure seamless execution of plans against the budget. Ensure teams' SOWs/POs stay on track; understand any budget risks upstream and downstream and communicate these to Finance/ Legal and Compliance 2.) Communicator/ Connector /Coach: Develop and maintain communications (spreadsheets, contracts etc.) for team and be a strong supporter and coach through the key steps in the SOW/PO process and tie this to retail marketing activities and initiatives. Manage training calendar for team and coordinate schedules for training sessions to help new team members on board to team processes. 3.) Project Management support and coordination: Help Strategy and Operations team manage day to day operations, team processes, projects, and initiatives across the Global Retail Hardware Marketing team.

Overall Responsibilities: _Work with Global Hardware Retail Marketing stakeholders to identify upcoming projects that require SOW/POs and help team outline and plan the necessary items and information required for SOW/PO forms and process. _Help to build, develop and write Marketing contracts with vendors and partners. _Work with Global Hardware Retail Marketing team members to get SOW/POs signed by vendors and internal stakeholders; this will include working as an effective interface between team _Work with Legal & Compliance teams to get SOW/POs finalized and approved; this will include working as an effective interface between teams, leveraging  systems (SIMBA, Navigo, Pivt) _Fast track late breaking SOW/POs with Legal, Finance, Compliance teams and enable PO execution and actual work to begin. -Key goal here is to see around corners and identify any timeline risks _Role will include driving team-wide weekly & monthly reporting status of SOWs, POs, team projects, trainings, etc. _Maintain and coordinate quarterly team training schedules with partners and manage resource site for team

Required skills: BA/BS degree in any field 1-3 years of experience with legal, finance & budget management processes 1-3 years’ experience with writing Marketing contracts, statement of work documents, and purchase orders 1-3 years managing projects across global teams and multiple stakeholders _Excellent written and verbal communication skills. _Proficient in Google suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive) systems/tools _Large-scale project management experience. Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution, resourcefulness, and creativity. Proven ability to manage processes with multiple stakeholders _Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. _Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment -_Detail oriented with proven track record of driving tactical executions. _Flexibility, teamwork and dedication Nice to Have Skills/Not Required: - 5 years of experience in retail marketing role preferred - Knowledge of the consumer electronic / mass retail / carrier landscape preferred.
