Coordinator of Workforce Institute

The Adecco NYC team is seeking Coordinator role for a top non-profit organization in NYC.


· Support the visioning, planning, feedback and buy-in activities of the team from work plan development through complete implementation of deliverables.

· Coordinate research activities being done on behalf of strategic planning activities within the team.

· Provide administrative support to the broad ACS Workforce Institute team, including items related to Facilities, IT, Telecom, and other areas as they arise.

· Support onboarding needs for new staff and consultants.

· Coordinate ongoing consultant partnerships within the CUNY system as well as other partners in the community and within other divisions.


  • Provide day to day support to the Executive Director, as well as provide community coordination support to the entire team.

· Attend meetings with senior leadership, as required and necessary to fulfill the needs of the department and to support the timely meeting of the deliverables.

· Attend training's and meetings as indicated.


Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. The preferred candidate should possess the ability to work on multiple projects effectively and efficiently, both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suit, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. The candidate should be adaptable and flexible to changing environments, as well as open to new ideas and feedback, and have an orientation towards participatory culture, racial equity, and being strengths-based.
