QA Coordinator- Description:

Job Title Associate, Supplier Management

This position will be a key contributor to the Corporate Social Responsibility department and will support the newly formed Supplier Management Office. The position will develop relationships with associates, Suppliers and Facilities globally to minimize brand risk and drive compliance and positive working conditions globally. The position requires a high attention to detail, accuracy and clear communication with associates and suppliers globally.

Responsibilities

Coordinate collection of all required documentation from global suppliers
Liaise with Senior leasers in Merchandising and Global Supply Chain for approvals
Act as primary point of contact for NY Managed Suppliers
Liaise with global Production Offices/Agents to drive a consistent process for supplier management
Coordinate and manage the on boarding meeting for all newly approved NY-managed suppliers. Ensure on boarding process and materials is globally consistent
Maintain private label and branded merchandise supplier compliance policies
Coordinate annual collection of all required compliance documentation from global suppliers
Manage the scheduling of all facility audits supporting ANN INC's Social Compliance program
Work closely with third party service providers to schedule
and conduct social compliance audits in a timely manner

Primary responsibility for management of ANN INC. database of global suppliers and facilities
Provide reporting on status of global vendor base utilizing current and future system tools (Zymmetry)
