Corporate and Purchasing Card Coordinator

The Adecco NYC team is seeking an Corporate and Purchasing Card (PCard) Coordinator for a top fashion brand in NYC. This position is a long term temp role.
 

The successful individual will...

  • Support the Purchasing Card and Corporate Card programs:
    • On-going program administration:
      • Process applications and backend setup in Expense and Bank program admin platforms
      • Resolve transaction declines and related card usage issues
      • Assist with completing monthly delinquency reporting
  • Additional ad hoc projects as assigned within Card programs


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 1-2 years of experience with Corporate Card and Purchasing Card (PCard) program administration and related technologies (Concur, various Bank program admin platforms (i.e. Bank of America “Works”))
  • Good training and user support/customer service skills
  • Great teamwork skills to work with other Company departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


An outstanding professional will have...

  • Preferred to have experience specifically with Concur “Company Billed Statements” and experience working with Bank of America and American Express (and their program administration tools)
  • B.S. / B.A. degree in Business preferred
