Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Job Title: Corporate Business Analyst
Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs.
Location: Akron, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

DESCRIPTION

Perform enrollment activities for commercial, industrial, and residential customers
Identifying, tracking and processing exceptions and issues
Providing and maintaining a high level of customer service and continuous support through proactive involvement with leadership and peers utilizing detailed reporting and analysis of the business unit activities
Processing of customer contracts including coordination of legal reviews, implantation of standard and non-standard contract language and application of contracts to enrollment of a customer
Select, approve and on-board retail service providers.
Develop tracking and measurement criteria to manage retail service provider performance
Receive, validate and process claims for consumer warranty products
Conducting transactional specific research, analyzing data, interpreting results, making recommendations and perform appropriate corrections
Consistently anticipating and delivering against a defined action plan – measuring results and making appropriate adjustments
Developing effective working relationships with employees at all levels of client
Seek approval and implement ideas and strategies to improve complex work processes and projects
Track and drive to resolution all inquiries and issues submitted to Retail Service Management for customer issues while working closely with all FEP business groups and management teams
Work with IT to create, translate and document business requirements for functional specification, and test plans for IT system implementations, enhancements and upgrades
Develop, test and implement clearly defined processes and policies to mitigate risk
