Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire Corporate Parts Manager in Kansas City, MO for our client, an established construction equipment company that has been in business for 100 years! The Corporate Parts Manager is an executive role at VLP. We are looking for someone who can be a business leader within the organization and help communicate and facilitate corporate vision, goals and values. This person should have a history leading and developing a team, driving results, coordinating between multiple locations and business units, and monitoring financial performance.

Responsibilities for the Corporate Service Manager role in Kansas City, MO include:

Manage Employee Development within Parts Division

Develop and coordinate parts training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company targets
Develop parts staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the team to achieve their targets

Develop and Coordinate Parts Profit Goals within the Business Unit

Ensure all locations achieve parts sales performance levels set forth by all contracted manufacturers
Review and appraise the results of activities within the department and takes appropriate actions as necessary
Directly engage and interact with the top 20 major parts customer accounts

Inventory Control

Ensure that Branch staff are performing proper validations of received merchandise to description and package details
Develop accurate, consistent upgrades/enhancements to the inventory reporting structure
Develop and execute policies and procedures related to Fraud Prevention process / controls and inventory audits

Execute and Manage Parts Financial Goals and Profit Performance

Set, communicate, coordinate consistent corporate pricing structure and strategy for parts division of the organization
Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of the parts division

Formulate annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and expense budget in accordance with company objectives




Qualifications:

5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or agricultural organization
Experience with inventory management
