Adecco is looking to add a friendly, outgoing Receptionist to our team. We are partnered with the most successful technology on campus, and this role will sit on their 30+ acre campus in North Austin.


All shifts are Monday - Friday daytime schedules. Pay is $15 hourly. This is a full time contract position, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.


Requirements for the role:

At least 3 years of work history, including 1 year in a receptionist/administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment

Positive, upbeat personality - you'll be the face of the company, greeting new hires, visiting executives, international guests, etc - customer service skills are key!

Excellent computer and typing skills

Ability to use a Mac computer

Strong communication skills and ability to work with a sense of urgency

Ability to think on your toes and engage in quick problem solving when needed

Willingness to be flexible and fill in for other receptionists during breaks, vacation time, etc.
