Responsibilities:

? Create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and speed.
? Execute the recruiting process end to end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and tools (full life cycle recruiting).
? Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
? Identify the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments.
? Leverage Web 2.0 technologies to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates.
? Connect with top-performing employees at key competitors through creative messaging.
? Proactively cold call passive candidates and articulate Fluke?s products to create a compelling story and gain candidate interest.
? Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
? Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.
? Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process.
? Negotiate offers and counter-offers with candidate.

? Knowledge of the labor market(s) and talent pools.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.
? Functionality of Applicant Tracking Systems or Hiring Management Systems (Taleo a plus).
? Solid telephone and interpersonal communication skills, including proficiency in cold-calling.
? Ability to work independently and in team environment.
? Ability to interface well with candidates and employees at all levels.
? Intuitive, critical listening skills.
? Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel.

Requirements:

? 3+ years of recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting capacity.
? Bachelor?s degree is strongly preferred, MBA is a plus.
