Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and speed.
  • Execute the recruiting process end to end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and tools (full life cycle recruiting).
  • Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
  • Identify the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments.
  • Leverage Web 2.0 technologies to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates.
  • Connect with top-performing employees at key competitors through creative messaging.
  • Proactively cold call passive candidates and articulate company products to create a compelling story and gain candidate interest.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
  • Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.
  • Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process.
  • Negotiate offers and counter-offers with candidate.

  • Ability to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to a talent strategy.
  • Capacity to anticipate future talent needs of the organization and build a steady stream of prospective talent.
  • Knowledge of the labor market(s) and talent pools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.
  • Functionality of Applicant Tracking Systems or Hiring Management Systems (Taleo a plus).
  • Solid telephone and interpersonal communication skills, including proficiency in cold-calling.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment.
  • Ability to interface well with candidates and employees at all levels.
  • Intuitive, critical listening skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, MBA is a plus.
