Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and speed.
- Execute the recruiting process end to end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and tools (full life cycle recruiting).
- Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
- Identify the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments.
- Leverage Web 2.0 technologies to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates.
- Connect with top-performing employees at key competitors through creative messaging.
- Proactively cold call passive candidates and articulate company products to create a compelling story and gain candidate interest.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
- Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.
- Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process.
- Negotiate offers and counter-offers with candidate.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.
- Functionality of Applicant Tracking Systems or Hiring Management Systems (Taleo a plus).
- Solid telephone and interpersonal communication skills, including proficiency in cold-calling.
- Ability to work independently and in team environment.
- Ability to interface well with candidates and employees at all levels.
- Intuitive, critical listening skills.
- Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, MBA is a plus.
