CPG Junior Sales Executive Caribbean Market

This position will be responsible for the management of all key aspects surrounding the development of a key brand in the markets we have been assigned to cover and will report to the Sales & Marketing Director.

Main Activities:

Sell assigned brands into approved markets.
Develop the brands in the approved markets.
Work with customers and vendor to develop appropriate A&P activity in key markets.
Travel to markets to support the business.
Manage Customer relationships with support from Sales & Marketing Director.
Manage vendor relationships with support from Sales & Marketing Director.
Maintain and manage product/price lists for the brand across all markets.
Manage all administrative work associated with the brands



Responsibilities:
· Achievement of brand annual quota.
· Achievement of internal Company KPI’s.
· Brand knowledge, development, management.
· Development of JBP’s with key markets.
· Training customers team on the brand.
· Meet all timelines associated with administrative duties associated with running the brand.

Background / Core Skills:

Highly organized individual.
At least 2 years of sales experience.
At least 1 years of experience managing distributors.
Knowledge of the CPG industry
Knowledge of the Caribbean region.
Computer literate, particularly Excel.
Proven leadership skills.
Added bonus – Worked before in a small organization.
