Creative Strategist

Adecco Creative is assisting our client, a creative services and production agency, in their search for a Creative Strategist. This is a direct hire opportunity, compensation is commensurate with experience.

As a Creative Strategist you will help drive brand, content and social strategy on client engagements. The agency is looking for a charismatic, entrepreneurial individual who is highly collaborative and self-driven, curious, detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for culture, marketing, communication, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects and clients and working independently with direction from the Strategy Director.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish and ensure successful project completion against deadlines marketing programs, including social, web, email, partnerships and events.
  • Dive into research to support account needs – analyzing things such as where culture is moving, the social ecosystem, competitive landscapes and audience behavior – and determine opportunities to tap into.
  • Oversee development of marketing plans and creative briefs, ensuring execution is on strategy.
  • Infuse your expertise in brand expressed across channels and experiences into creative development to continually push creative thinking.
  • Lead and develop important partnerships with influencers, cultural institutions, and external partners for marketing efforts.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to help lead brainstorms and deliver creative aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Develop a strategy for our various channels (social, email, website, channels, etc.) that builds authentic engagement for brands and drives business results.
  • Execute content creation to support content needs (photo, video, GIFs, copy, etc.).
  • Oversee community management and develop influencer programs that drive ongoing awareness and engagement.
  • Lead a small team of interns – maintaining fast-paced deadlines, curating and scheduling content, community management.
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting to identify challenges and successes.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of work experience in brand and content/social strategy within an agency environment
  • Proven working knowledge of strategy, consumer insights, social and digital ecosystem
  • Strong writing, critical thinking and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with clients
  • Plugged into culture and ability to challenge thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across clients in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
