Title: Crew Pay and Leave Analyst II
Pay: 25/hr
Location: Seattle, WA
Length: 1 year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and assure proper pay for pilot and/or flight attendant crews per the respective collective bargaining agreement
- Follow up on all flight crew pay inquiries
- Follow and document processes
- Works with check-off forms and exception reports
- Able to work in multiple databases
- Understand the Flight Attendant attendance program
- Prepare for vacation awarding
- Manage Flight Attendants vacations balances and accruals
- Ensure and inform Flight Attendants of Worker Comp/Medical/Maternity leave procedures and options
- Process and distribute medical/company/state leave forms
- Document and maintain discussions with Flight Crews
- Communicate with Base Managers, Supervisors, Performance Supervisors Management and Training staff
- Monitor and maintain the leave of absence database
- Coordinate leave administration with Medical Relations department and third party administrators
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers, including flight attendants, pilots and other management employees
- Other duties as assigned
- Embody the Alaska Spirit and conduct oneself with Professionalism, Integrity, Resourcefulness and Caring
- Basic analysis for reporting trends to departmental leadership
- Works with external departments to drive legal and contractual obligations or process improvement
- Be able to coordinate both the pay and the leave side of the job

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year experience in a related field required
- Knowledge in airline industry or a related field preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Knowledge of worker’s compensation procedures preferred
- Knowledge of JCTE, the crew scheduling program preferred
- Familiarity with Flight Attendant Contract and Pilot Contract preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills required
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Organized
- Professional, reliable, enthusiastic, team spirited, congenial, self-reliant, self-motivated, assertive, leadership abilities desired
-- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
