Adecco Direct Hire is recruiting on behalf of our client in Charlotte, NC area for the role of a CRM Analyst. The CRM Analyst will provide sales support for the US Sales and Marketing teams utilizing the Salesforce.com CRM system. The position serves as the local Salesforce.com analyst with responsibilities including: User Management, Territory Definition, Data Quality Assurance, Reporting, Requirements Gathering, Tier 1 Field & Management Support and Onboarding/New Hire Training. Enable, disable and modify User Accounts and access in Salesforce consistent with HR and sales management guidance.
Creates and modifies end user templates to ensure efficient and effective collection of profiling information and display of customer information.
Ensure accuracy of territory alignment and assignments in Salesforce.com
Produces monthly, quarterly and annual reports and dashboards as necessary. Provides summary of reports for management and end users. Implements updates to ensure reports and dashboards are current with business changes and strategy.
Provides technical guidance to Salesforce end users.
Maintain local version of Salesforce training materials.
Coordinate with training team including offsite, onsite and onboarding training as defined by the sales management team
Assists Marketing team in creating and maintaining dashboards and setting up ad hoc analyses.
Participate in Super User trainings as defined by the Global CRM team
Produces ad hoc reports and analyses as necessary.
Other responsibilities as defined by management team


The qualified and dynamic candidate for this role will have the below education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of one to three years of relevant work experience in IT/CRM system management
Salesforce.com experience highly desirable
Planning and Organizations skills
Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers
