CRM Analyst

Adecco is assisting our fashion client Ann Inc. with their need to hire a CRM Analyst as a consultant for a six month project. Our client who is located in the heart of Times Square is looking for someone to be responsible for running various ad-hoc queries to refine the business case and client targeting for the launch of ANN Inc.’s loyalty program. The consultant in this role will have expert level programming skills using SAS as a programming language to meet the challenges of advanced data manipulation, complicated programming logic, and large data volumes is required. Experience of SAS programming using SAS/BASE is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer file to provide insights into various customer groupings, including but not limited to email/non-email, U.S. vs. Canadian based citizens, customers with private-label or co-branded credit cards.
• Analyze customer activity to determine appropriate incentives/offers for the loyalty program, including but not limited to shipping analysis, variety of private-label or co-branded events.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Predictive Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
• 1-5 years’ experience in customer analytics and database marketing experience across online and offline marketing, including very strong modeling skills as well as integrated marketing measurement techniques.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and predictive methods
• Programming experience with data extraction/mining tools – SAS and SQL
• Responsible and accurate, paying attention to details
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• A good team player, with good communication skills
• Proven deadline driven skills
• Good knowledge of English, both writing and speaking
