CRM EMAIL SPECIALIST

Adecco is assisting a local client in Richardson, TX with their need to hire a consultant to assume the role of CRM Email Specialist. Our client who is in the accessories retail space is looking for someone for an assignment through March of 2019 and possibly longer. The consultant in this role will assist in all aspects of their email marketing program from planning to deployment and will be a key contributor to their customer communication strategy.

Responsibilities:

•          Build, test, and deploy simple to highly complex email campaigns across customer segments, and setup automated programs to engage subscribers throughout various stages of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, retention, reactivation)

•          Partner with cross-functional teams on the strategic planning and execution of campaigns, including assisting with email calendar development, product selection, creative requests, proofing, and final approvals

•          Track campaign effectiveness through basic email reporting and analysis, and consistently identify new opportunities to build subscriber engagement and increase revenue

•          Perform ad-hoc research on competition and consistently share developments in email best practices to help improve our existing programs

•          Partner with other teams on email deliverability and inbox optimization; consistently monitoring our sender reputation and working with account team to ensure high deliverability standards

•          Serve as in-house expert on the email service platform and provide training as needed for our internal and external counterparts across multiple countries to ensure we are leveraging the tool to its fullest functionality

•          Liaison with IT team on technical issues related to the email program, including managing, updating, and escalating service tickets and providing regular status updates to leadership

•          Assist in audience requests, maintaining the budget, and tracking results for direct mail campaigns, liaison with multiple teams and external vendors to ensure timely in-home dates.

Qualifications

•          2-4 years’ experience in B2C email marketing with hands-on experience using an enterprise level email service provider such as Responsys, Salesforce, or MailChimp

•          Experience setting up and managing automated programs, including triggered and transactional campaigns

•          Proficiency with email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM requirements, working knowledge of HTML, and familiarity with mobile-optimized coding techniques

•          Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate productively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment

•          A team-oriented attitude and an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing demands in a constantly evolving atmosphere

•          Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize projects, and multi-task to meet deadlines

•          Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, advertising, or related field strongly preferred
