Adecco is assisting a local client with their need to permanently hire a CRM Leader. Our client has two locations on the East Coast and one on the West Coast. This position will sit in Midtown NYC and they are looking for someone who can assist them with segmentation, complex analytics and strategy. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience of customer lifecycle marketing and CRM in an eCommerce or a direct to consumer branded service model. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement and retention strategy to assist in meeting financial goals.
  • Customer segmentation strategies to drive relevant and impactful marketing communications and list creation. 
  • Setting goals, tracking, and analyzing tactics. 
  • CRM lifecycle and event (triggered) marketing and database management.
  • Drive leads, refer-a- friend program, winback, and loyalty programming including promotions and promotion code set-up and mechanics.
  • Write briefs and work with creative team to launch optimized customer journey marketing assets.
