Adecco is assisting a local client located in NYC in the luxury retail industry with their need to hire a consultant for a four month assignment. The CRM Associate will be be responsible for the project management support of the CRM initiatives. Managing tactical and strategic tasks, the Analyst will be able to promote innovation and progress across all programs and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between CRM Tool developer and the internal CRM & Retail Marketing teams to ensure that the tool  is working smoothly and is being utilized to the fullest by client associates
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing and Customer Experience departments to ensure proper deployment of App enhancements or developments
  • Solicit ideas from the users for the tool improvements, prioritize them based on the business impact, present to teams to assess feasibility and oversee implementation
  • Provide support with CRM Reporting. Track lifetime value of customer base, cost of acquisition, rate of churn and critical lag rates to assist in creation of segmented strategies focused on specific customer categories and purchase patterns to increase loyalty, improve customer retention and drive sales growth
  • Provide analytical support of business/marketing data on existing marketing initiatives. Track and measure ROI of current retail-related programs over multiple channels including direct mail, email, social media, traditional print and out-of-home advertising.
  • Partner with regional support for key retail markets as well as challenged stores locations.
  • Support development and execution of special projects as needed

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • College degree and 2-3 years relevant working experience (preferably in luxury retail industry)
