Specific Duties:
1. Data entry of hospital admission in claims processing system. 50-100 cases per day
2. Prior authorization case building for post discharge needs. 10-20 per day
3. Answer incoming phone calls. 10-30 per day
4.Respond to requests for information on eligibility. requests for case building, or discharge information.
5. Discharge cases in the claims processing system. 30-50 per day.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. 2 years experience in healthcare.
2. Medical terminology
3. Flexibility for shift coverage
4. Excellent telephonic and interpersonal skills

Shift Start/End Time: varied; including weekends and holidays. Mon-Sun - shifts can vary between 4AM-6PM, must work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)!! Candidate must be very flexible to cover any 8 hour shift.

Dress Code: Business Casual. May wear jeans on the weekends.
