CS - Customer Service Rep - Senior

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Advocate job in Orlando, FL paying $15.00/ HR. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type:                      Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                  6+ months

Pay:                        15.00/ HR

Shift/Hours:  Shifts run 7days/week, Sun-Saturday from 7am-11pm (EST)             

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Rep job include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service Advocate (CSA)
Specific Duties:
1. Respond to incoming calls from our customers on issues related to benefit eligibility questions and prescription status inquiries
2. Guide and educate callers on their prescription benefits, use of plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders and claims or inquiries
3. Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documenting required information in computer systems
4. Identify issues and communicate solutions and steps to customers, pharmacies and physicians with prescription orders and reorders
5. Make outbound calls to customers on prescription orders and payment issues.
Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High school diploma or GED OR equivalent work experience
2. Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
3. Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner

Preferred Qualifications
•1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

Shift Start/End Time: (Shifts run 7days/week, Sun-Saturday from 7am-11pm (EST)

Training shift: 8a-5p
How many weeks is training? (8 weeks Total – 5 in classroom + 3 week on phone)
Shift after training…. If this is not yet determined. What are the hours of operation for you facility? TBD – Site Operates 7a-11p 7 days/week (including holidays)
