Customer Supply Chain Integration Analyst

Job Description:

• The Customer Supply Chain Integration Team supports organizational objectives to maintain compliance with the on-time delivery expectations of some of PepsiCo’s largest warehouse delivered customers through identification and resolution of performance gaps, maintenance of accurate databases, identification and rollout of process efficiencies, and mitigation of unnecessary transportation spend / fine risk

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data integrity and timely distribution of various reports to a wide Supply Chain audience
• Identify root causes of service challenges and engage cross-functional partners to identify and implement solutions
• Ensure all fine disputes are submitted and processed on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis as appropriate
• Lead collaboration efforts between headquarters, regional and customer transportation teams to ensure compliance with service expectations
• Leverage internal and external systems and software applications update existing reports and / or create new reports and analyze trends / identify risks
• Identify and execute against opportunities for process improvements
• Manage day-to-day execution of various transactional tasks in support of broader Customer Supply Chain teams
• Assist other Customer Supply Chain teams in daily business activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Analytical, strategic thinker with continuous improvement mindset
• Problem solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skills
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office capabilities, primarily Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
