Job Title: CSR Maintenance and & Scheduling
Location:– Baltimore, MD 21202 - No relocation assistance, travel expenses, or any other expenses can be offered
Estimated Start Date: ASAP
12 month Contract Assignment
Pay Rate: UP TO $17.00 per hour / Adecco W2 - depending on experience with the requirements below:








Meter Maintenance & Scheduling Team CSR

Job Description: Customer Service Representative will be the liaison between our client and their customers to schedule appointments for a variety of maintenance reasons. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
• Interface with various business units to ensure jobs are directed correctly
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer support role (3-5 years)
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Office suite of product (Access, Excel, and Outlook at a minimum)
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Preferred:
• Previous experience using Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system
• Knowledge of utility business
• Experience scheduling maintenance work with customers
