Responsibilities for this Customer Service Rep/Call Center Rep include:

 

  • Monday – Friday  
  • Hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Support the Mission and Values of the company through each interaction
  • Cheerfully answer incoming customer chats, calls and emails
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the database

 

Requirements

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of proven success in a customer service related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem identifier and solver
