Responsibilities for this Call Center Representative job include:

 

-Understand customer needs, determine the appropriate course of action to meet those needs, and complete or initiate the transaction. Exercise independent thinking in meeting customer expectations.

-Combine knowledge of product, demonstrate effective time management and human relations skills to meet performance standards.

-Process payment transactions over the telephone and/or in person while ensuring the highest standard of customer confidentiality and adhering to strict credit card processing requirements. 

-Support the Image Review Team as required, while processing images according to the time/quality standards set by the Image Review Certification.

-Be ready to begin assigned tasks at the start of every scheduled shift to ensure successful fulfillment of our KPI objectives. Be available to work various shifts as assigned.

-Takes ownership of work and provides input and/or assistance in formulating new policies and procedures; recommends changes to existing policies and procedures as required.

-Be prepared to multi-task and regularly switch between various communication streams. Comfort in a fast-paced work environment is essential.

-Identify problems with office equipment, systems and general toll issues and communicate or escalate these issues to the proper area for resolution.

-Regularly communicate with other units to foster an effective team environment and ensure these areas are aware of issues that may impact their area. Ensures compliance with toll system agreement contract.

-Works with a high degree of personal integrity, treats others with respect and fosters a safe harassment free work environment.

-Perform other work as required and assigned.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

- High School Diploma or GED

- 1 Year Experience

- Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of their shift

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter

- Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word

- Able to work in a team environment
