Adecco is looking for a dedicated customer service professional for the country’s leader in woodworking for office, home and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities
 

Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for ensuring that excellent standards of service and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

  • Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes
  • Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes
  • Assist customers in the showroom with questions and order placement
  • Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom
  • Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
  • Restock the showroom and perform cycle counts as required

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position required
  • Customer Service experience in the Building Materials industry experience preferred; woodworking industry experience a plus
  • Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Team-oriented, shows initiative
  • Strong sense of drive and creativity
  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory
  • High School graduate, some college courses preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
