CSR III | Data Entry

Adecco is hiring for a Customer Service position located in Marietta, GA  for a prominent appliance company that is starting asap!  We are looking for candidates with great customer service and data entry skills as this role is very fast paced.  
 
This will be a 2-3 month assignment only- if you are a superstar candidate, there is potential for a long term position! 

Pay rate: $15/hr

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Receive requests for service, scheduling service calls and remotely routing at least 25 technicians to meet customer commitments and overall call volume, utilizing windows based computerized routing system. 
  • Properly utilize technicians and maximize quality of service and productivity. 
  • Follow-up on parts availability and prioritizing aged calls. 
  • Manage a Gantt chart for service calls. 
  • Advise manager of performance, attendance or other matters requiring attention.
  • Serve as back up support for other zones. May include periodic customer relations support.
