The Customer service and Chat Agent will assist the holders by acting as the first line of contact for customers. It requires responding to telephone inquiries, chat, email and written correspondence ensuring that clients' needs are met with accuracy and professionalism.

$19 / HR

Major Responsibilities
Listen actively and probe to determine the need.
Promptly respond to telephone, chat, email or written inquiries and ensure that clients' needs are met with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide courteous and timely responses to assist the holders.
Identify, address and respond directly to customer questions and concerns.
Navigate on the appropriate systems to actively resolve inquiries.
Escalate issues when necessary.

Education & Training
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional written communication skills
Knowledge of standard office PC applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office suite)
Enjoy working in a client-focused, structured and goal-oriented environment
Post-secondary studies an asset

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center or customer service environment is required
Class action knowledge, an asset
Outstanding client service skills (professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness)
Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking with customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 7.5 hour shift)
Demonstrate strong conversational skills and exceptional written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail

Working Conditions
The environment is generally comfortable with exposure to normal levels of elements such as dust with minor fluctuations in heating or ventilation.
There is minimal risk of injury to the incumbent
No requirement to travel
