Duties and responsibilities include:
� Greet and address customer needs in a professional manner
� Process work orders according to customer requirements using required software
� Examine original hard copy documents for completeness and defects
� Route artwork, copy, digital files, or prints to work areas
� Keep customers updated on job status
� Enter all jobs into billing system
� Follow-up on orders to ensure accuracy and delivery by specified dates/times
� Review and approve courier timesheets, insuring accuracy
� Assist in developing courier schedules based upon daily workload
� Assist couriers with determining the shortest or most efficient routes
� Keep accurate and complete records of pick-up and delivery activities for auditing purposes
Skills and Qualification
� High School Diploma/GED
� 2+ years of customer service experience or training/experience in a reprographics environment
� Excellent customer service skills
� Ability to effectively promote ARC products and services
� Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn required software technologies
� Ability to assess/troubleshoot customer software and hard copy orders for production problems or issues
� Ability to understand and accurately communicate cost estimate information to the customer
� Able to multi-task while maintaining quality control and accuracy
� Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing, as well as basic mathematical skills
