Customer Account Administrator

Adecco Staffing is assisting a local client in their search for a Customer Account Administrator. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right individual.

Position Summary
The Customer Account Administrator supports collection efforts by the collections team to maximize cash collections and minimize Days Sales Outstanding DSO. This position reports directly to the Collections Manager and the primary focus is to provide various support needs of collectors to respond and provide information to the customer.

Responsibilities
Assist Collectors in handling tasks and providing information to the customers.
Contact customers with requested information
Follow up on Promised funds when not received
Respond to various customer email and phone requests
Assist Collectors in populating spreadsheets to complete various required reporting
Assist in projects and other collection related tasks as identified by management.

Professional Experience
4 year degree or equivalent business experience.
Customer service or collections experience in a B2B environment

Advance Microsoft Excel and Word

Skilled in both Verbal and Written Communication
Organizational and Time Management Skills
