Customer Account Administrator

The Customer Account Administrator / Administrative Assistant is for a small office in the Old Port! Pay rate for this temp to hire role is $17-18.00 per hour (depending on experience and interview).

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 

General functions for the Customer Account Administrator:
-Intermediate experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Word.
-Excellent Data Entry Skills for entering in invoice info, payments, etc.
-General office coverage includes answering phones, customer support, filing, emailing, scanning documents. 
-Assist customers with questions, follow up info, data entry, etc. 
-General support for the General Manager and Assistant Manager 

Must be able to work effectively in a small office environment, detail oriented, able to jump in and help with varying projects and needs. 
Must be flexible to shift gears as needed throughout the day to go jump to top priority tasks.

Software Experience: QuickBooks, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Google Docs, Slack (instant messaging system), etc. 

ALSO:  PARKING is PROVIDED and close to office!!!

Minimum HS Diploma or GED required 
Some college/related coursework preferred or relevant work experience.
