Position: Customer Account Analyst
Job Location: Chesterfield, MO
Job Duration: 8 Month Contract
Shift: 8am - 5:00pm
Pay: 26.00 per hour

- Must have 1 year of SAP experience in supply chain related position
• Bi-Lingual Preferred (Spanish)
• Undergraduate degree required
• Analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be self-actuated and have the ability to adapt to change.
• Computer literate. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email
• Must have working knowledge of Customer Service and Analytics/problem solving.
• Willing to occasionally travel

• Assesses customer requirements for integrating with company supply chain, where applicable
• Maintains customer specific profiles, item information and cross-reference tables to ensure smooth order processing.
• Exhibits proficiency in all Supply Chain/Order to Cash (OTC) Systems, Customer Systems and core supply chain processes.
• Identifies, analyzes and interprets both technical and business opportunities.
• Leads Continuous Improvement events and executes the opportunities.
• Supports improvement initiatives that deliver enhanced supply chain performance.
• Maintains systems tables and data elements to assure data integrity
• Evaluates ordering trends to meet customer fill rates and arrival dates
• Organizes and analyzes product availability based on lead-times to minimize negative impacts (open stock and Asst.).
• Proactively communicates status, issues and recommends solutions to team and management
• Exercises independent discretion with decision making to impact business goals and objectives.
• Tracks order status through available reports and executes appropriate order management decisions
• Manages customer metrics and initiates all action to enhance performance.
• Build integral relationships with team members, internal and external customers
• Leads specialized order management functions – Brand Representation, Product Availability Analyst Role.
• Works independently with minimal supervision
• With manager, shares responsibility for individual development planning.
• Manage key projects and enhanced role/responsibilities that align with department strategies/customer opportunities. (I.e., VMI for Managed Accounts, CPFR Activities, and other key strategic projects).
• Execute Product Launch Strategies
• Manage and ship Export Orders in compliance with US Customs requirements and in accordance with specific country/government regulations

• Create and manage Export Documentation to align with country/government regulations
