Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Estimated Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible temp to perm based on experience)
Hours: M-F 9am-4pm (30 hours to 40hrs per week based on business needs)
Pay Rate: 20.00$+ depending on experience

Description of Work

This position interacts with customer service team to provide and process information in response to customer inquiries, concerns and requests about parts and orders. This individual is responsible for keeping records of all inquiries, coordinating with warehouse management on special requests for key customers and following all inquiries until there is resolution.


Advanced skills in Data / Record Entry
Ability to understand and work within complex processes per customer
Experience expedited order requests
Determines priorities of requests per customer
Maintains Customer Service database by recording and updating records on customer order inquiries.
Strong Microsoft Access and Excel skills
Track inquiries and highlight issues to warehouse management daily.
Respond to customer order inquiries within 24 hours of receipt and follow inquiries from receipt until resolution has been reached.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
Have a basic understanding of warehouse operations
Be familiar with warehouse organization and supporting teams
Possess good problem analysis and problem-solving
Possess initiative and be a self-starter
