Customer Acquisitions Project Manager

As a Customer Acquisitions Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role enabling the Marketing team to send direct mail and email to potential customers. You will work closely with Product Marketing Managers, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our campaigns are high-performing and organized.


  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers on the execution,management, and strategy of our largest direct response channels (direct mail, email)
  • Manage workflow of multiple direct response agency partners to ensure marketing touchpoints are developed and scheduled to be sent based on production timelines
  • Drive production process to meet target in-home dates for each piece of a campaign; streamline and automate processes where possible
  • Assist with the management and coordination of our largest Marketing budget line items with our Finance and our agency partners
  • Assist with the tracking and coordination of our direct response touchpoints

  • BA/BS graduate
  • 3+ Years business experience
  • Successful track record in project management of marketing campaigns, preferably direct response marketing campaigns
  • Strong problem-solving and reporting/analytical capabilities
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Capable of working on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excel / Google Sheets skills a plus
  • Experience managing and working with budgets, particularly at a large organization
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns
