Position Details

Position: Customer Advocacy Specialist

Location: Mansfield, MA

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Compensation: $20/hr

Hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm

Job Function
Customer Advocacy - Clinical is responsible for managing the clinical related customer experiences for our products and services, and maintaining regulatory compliance with regards to product complaints for all products manufactured or distributed by the client.
- Demonstrates product knowledge supported by clinical experience using the products or competitive products.
- Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
- Follows written regulatory procedures to determine the significance of each received complaint and accurately documents customer feedback.
- Interacts and successfully works with the customer to define and resolve issues.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0-3 years’ work experience
- Previous supervisory experience strongly recommended

- Gathering information from customers
- Determining report ability, and working with manufacturing sites on complaints
- Completing necessary follow-ups

- Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks
- Works on projects of limited scope and complexity
- Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
- Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions
- Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
