Customer Advocate positons require candidates to manage a high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, this is your chance to be createive in finding solutions, using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Responsibilities for this Customer Advocate Position include:

* Provide thorough, timely, accurate customer support and complex problem solving via telephone, email, and other methods in a high-volume support center environment to include peak workloads during annual open enrollment periods.

* Respond professionally and appropriately to inbound calls and other sources of customer contact. Manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

* Support carrier appeals process, carrier reconciliations, and renewal of eligibility for non-financial assistance. Support processing of non-financial eligibility renewals and appeals.

* Process enrollment discrepancies as well as perform manual verifications or reconciliations and related projects. May periodically reconcile eligibility data

 

Qualifications for a Customer Advocate include:

* At least 1 year of experience

* High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to troubleshoot both technical and non-technical issues

* Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) preferred

 

We have multiple shifts available and can help you choose the best shift to fit your schedule! Training begins in August and is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, once training is completed, bid shift options start at 6:15am, ending at 8:15pm.
