POSITION: Bilingual Customer Care Representatives
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
HOURS:
Hours of Operation: Mon-Sat 8am until midnight. Closed on Sunday.
Training: 5 weeks Mon-Fri 8-5pm OR 9-6pm
DURATION: 8 months (temp to hire)
PAY: 16.00 per hour

-Minimum of 2 years call center experience
-Inbound call experience a must have, 30 - 60 calls per day
-Experience in a metrics driven environment is very important.
-Automotive industry experience a plus
