Customer Care Representative

Adecco is looking for a customer care/ call center representative in Chelmsford MA.  Experience in the medical field is preferred.  This position is temp to hire and is 1st shift.

$15.50-$17/hour based on experience.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

· Required to take all necessary information for each new client, to ensure the client is aware of their Rights and Responsibilities and to verify all insurance policies.

· Handle all initial calls to the company and determine how they should be directed as well as handling all complaints and/or concerns called in by clients or referral sources relating to equipment or deliveries.

· Responsible to maintain all related tasks, which includes verifying insurance coverage, supplies used, obtaining all authorizations, and printing all delivery slips to ensure delivery on the designated date.

· Responsible to collect all necessary paperwork including, but not limited to: original RX’s, CMN’s, signed waivers and liability forms, signed Assignment of Benefit forms, and Customer Check List Form.

Job Requirements

· High School diploma

· Minimum 1 year experience in direct customer service

· Computer and small business machine skills

· Knowledge and understanding of office/phone etiquette

· Able to handle multi-tasks in fast-paced environment

· Maintaining organization regarding paperwork and deliveries
