Leading Global Manufacturing Organization is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in the Tulsa area.  The Customer Service Rep will interact with customers to provide information in response to emails on delayed orders, will also handle and resolve complaints.  

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to the following:

Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about delays on orders.

Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s problems.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Must have a GED or High School Diploma

Must have 2 years of Customer Service Experience

Must be able to meet the background check and drug test requirements

Must be open to work the hours from 8am-5pm

Must be flexible to work a one month contract
